An investment property, updated and restyled to sell. Out went mismatched hardware and red-yellow-orange walls from a previous era, in came a layout that actually made sense for how people live now. One of the more interesting calls: the home's formal living room wasn't getting used, so it became a home office instead — a small example of function over formality that says a lot about how Tiffani approaches even a smaller-scope project.
