A complete gut renovation for a repeat client — Tiffani has designed two homes and five offices for this client's growing business over the years. She wanted extreme minimalism with a European edge: high contrast, a lot of black, and materials with real presence. This included a petrified-wood dining table on a custom chromed base, a black marble bar, sandblasted wood accents, and touch-latch cabinetry that keeps every surface clean.

The hardest problem wasn't design, it was the building. High-rise plumbing runs floor to floor through solid concrete, which meant every bathroom in the tower shared the same layout — except this one wasn't going to. Tiffani spent a full day getting an X-ray of the concrete and sitting in a contractor's office being told it couldn't be done, then showed up on-site the next morning with permit paperwork in hand during the one brief window — a building-wide plumbing repair — when it was actually possible. It got done.
